I just got some plastic petri dishes in 2 different sizes to pack up my etsy jewelry sales. They’re so cool!

I’m also really happy with my new tags. I had Rubber Stamp Press custom make this stamp for me. They were so great to work with – I highly recommend them!
My weekend was full of brainstorming and working out some new designs. I’ll share more later, but check out my shop in the mean-time, I’ll be posting new items through out the week.
I found these images on one of the blogs I frequent, and am so in love with these paintings by Julie Evans:

I love how organic these paintings feel. They remind me, ever so slightly, of mold blooms. Lovely.
I also have recently come across another painter named Emilie Clark. I wasn’t able to find a lot of info on her, but I did find a great deal of her work here.

I just love these elegant forms that are so delicately rendered with exquisite detail and an easy precision. I also really like how the intense, vibrant pools of colors are balance by expanses of white space.
Whoa. I had such a lovely weekend, and my head has hardly returned to work. I went up to Point Reyes on Saturday and it was so beautiful and amazing…

The day was just perfectly sunny and cool….

Among all the beaches and rolling hills and camp grounds, there we tons of cows! They even had the right of way here on this road!

Sunday we spent all afternoon preparing a feast for dinner and a perfectly lazy day – mostly spent in pajamas
Hope you had a lovely weekend too!
The money tree out side of my apartment is beginning to sprout some new leaves:

Hooray! The sweetest signs of spring….

My new inspiration:

Cooooool!
These are the earrings I’ve just listed in my shop - my version of a petri dish!

They’re available in 3 sizes and I’m so excited about them

I hope you like them!
