I’m super excited to announce that my jewelry will be available for sale at the Museum of Craft and Folk Art museum store in San Francisco!!!

The museum store has tons of great artworks for sale by lots of wonderful artists. I’ll be dropping off my first batch of jewelry this saturday, so come by and see them in the case!
Here’s a little map of where the museum is (it was a little hard to find, if you ask me):

So many good places to go, all right there!
I’ve spent the last week recoperating from the Renegade Craft Fair. It was such an awesome experience! I meet lots of great people, saw amazing handmade works, and even got myself a few presents

I want to thank everyone who came and supported me last weekend. I’m really happy you did!
Only a few more day’s until the Renegade Craft Fair! I’m almost all ready, and soooo excited!
While I’ve been busy finishing things up, I stumbled upon Waxing Poetic. This jewelry company has a beautiful website and super sweet designs. Here are a few of my favorites:
What better way to make a decision?

The ravioli! So cute! (they also have a pierogi, tortellino and a wonton)

I need this one!
This is one of most unique bestie necklace I’ve seen in a long time.
I wanted to share with you some of my new favorite Etsy artists! The following artists have created things that wander into my mind all day and night.

The photos are so beautiful – they look like an accumulation of cells, and each one individually looks like it’s own universe. They’re all made of recycled plastic too! Find these (and more amazing pieces) here.

Pouches, pin cushions and wall hangings – all decorated with exquisitely hand stitched mold! I love to see bacteria blooming- the colors, textures, and the patterns of their growth. Amazing! See more of these beauties here.

Pen and ink drawings are some of my favorites. These prints have so much depth and texture. These remind me of sprawling lichens and mushrooms, or an electron microgram. These lovely prints (and so many more) are here.
I hope you’ve enjoyed looking at these as much as I do!
That’s right, I have actually have a logo now! Here’s a look at some of my new graphics:

(business card, side 2)
I like how either side of the business cards are oriented differently. I’m really pleased with them. What do you think?
I finished up some necklaces the other night, and stacked them on the edge of my desk (I’m planning on oxidizing them later).

I sat down at my desk this afternoon to start working on some other pieces, and as I was cutting more solder, I happened to look over at the pile of necklaces from days before and was suddenly inspired:

I really enjoy how the different sizes fit inside each other and overlap… my mind is sketching all the ways to make this work…
I’ll keep you posted.
